About this image.

A lot of the west coast of B.C. looks like this, steep mountains, forest, eagles flying overhead, and the occasional whale if you are lucky enough to see one. A few of the trees in this image are 2-D and some are meshes. The land is a texture that I made in the deep texture editor. I did a few renders until I got two that I liked and used one as a base with the second one layered on top in Photoshop with about a %20 transparency level.
